Overview
CD&R LLP is a UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulated entity, based in London. CD&R LLP provides investment advisory and other services to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, which manages a number of private equity investments. The advisory services provided by CD&R LLP comprise advice and support in connection with the investigation, structuring, financing, monitoring, reporting and disposition of U.K. and other European investments and investment opportunities.

CD&R LLP ensures timely and effective communication with portfolio company employees, in particular at times of strategic significance, including any transactions involving that particular portfolio company, to the extent confidentiality constraints permit.
We anticipate that the average holding period for our European private equity investments will be three to five years, but holding periods for individual investments may vary depending upon market opportunities and circumstances.
