Allan joined CD&R in 2023. Before CD&R, he was an assistant to the head of the BlackRock Investment Institute and held operations roles with JDV Safety, ASA Brasil, Papatour and Technip. He began his career as a bank associate with Banco do Brasil, supporting the accounts manager with a large portfolio of HNW clients and expatriates.
