Benjamin joined CD&R in 2022. He is Head of Tax and a Managing Director overseeing tax from a firm, fund and portfolio perspective, with a focus on strategy and planning initiatives. Prior to joining CD&R, he was a partner in PwC’s mergers and acquisitions tax practice. Benjamin received a Master of Laws in Tax from Boston University School of Law, a J.D., Law, from Northeastern University School of Law, and a B.S. in Economics from Boston College.
