Elisabeth joined CD&R in 2023. Prior to CD&R, she was an executive assistant at Lazard. Previously, Elisabeth owned and managed New York Burger Co, West Chelsea, worked alongside the Director of Operations for Le Marais and Les Halles Restaurant Group, and was a manager at Select Service Partner. Elisabeth holds a B.T.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Vatel France, Hotel & Tourism Business School.
