Jen joined CD&R in 2026. Previously, she spent 16 years with Crestview Partners. Prior to that, she held positions at Falconhead Capital, Morgan Stanley and Robertson Stephens. Jen holds a B.A. from Texas Woman's University and an M.F.A. from Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University.
