Jillian joined CD&R in 2015 as the Chief Operating Officer and shifted to the Chief Financial Officer role in October 2021. She currently has leadership responsibilities for finance and information technology. She serves on the Firm’s Valuation, Compliance and Risk committees. Jillian is a 22-year veteran of PwC, where she was a partner in the U.S. deal practice specializing in financial due diligence. She participated in over 150 transactions, spending a majority of her time advising private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies across a wide variety of industries. Jillian has a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University.
