Karen joined CD&R in 2006. Previously, she worked as an Executive Assistant for Burlington Resources, McLaren, Sericol International (now Fujifilm) and as a Translator/Project Administrator for Smith System Engineering (now Detica). Karen holds a BA in French and German from University of Wales and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists.
