Kelley joined CD&R in 2023 as a staff attorney. At CD&R, Kelley works in various areas of the firm's legal practice, including contract negotiation and compliance support. Previously, she was legal counsel at Power Corporation of Canada, an international management and holding company focused on financial services, where she handled regulatory and compliance matters and led the negotiation of commercial contracts to support business operations. Prior to that, she was an associate at Dentons Canada LLP. Kelley holds a B.Sc. and an LL.B. from Université de Montréal, as well as an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law from Fordham University.
