Léandre joined CD&R in 2026. Previously, he held internships at Lazard and Rothschild & Co. Léandre holds a Master of Engineering in Corporate Finance, Economics and Mathematics from École nationale des ponts et chaussées and an M.S. in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
