Lily joined CD&R in 2021 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities in the consumer vertical. She plays a key role in the Firm’s investments in American Greetings and PetSafe. Prior to joining CD&R, she worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs. Lily has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Political Economy from Georgetown University.
