Matthew is the former Chief Executive Officer and Chair of Enovis (formerly Colfax Corporation). Under his leadership, Colfax was transformed from a collection of cyclical industrial businesses into two focused, high-performing public companies: ESAB, a leading industrial fabrication company, and Enovis, an innovation driven Med Tech player. After the separation, Enovis achieved double-digit growth through global expansion and innovation, while margins increased substantially. Prior to joining Colfax/Enovis, Matthew was an Executive Vice President at DuPont, where he was responsible for $6.3 billion of revenue in high performance and electronic materials. He also held various positions of increasing responsibility at Danaher Corporation, including serving as Vice President and Group Executive for the $2.5 billion life sciences platform. Matthew currently sits on the boards of Aptar, Solstice and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Delaware. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
