Nate joined CD&R in 2026 as Counsel after nearly six years in the mergers & acquisitions group at Fried Frank. While there, his practice focused on advising private equity sponsors on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and corporate governance matters. Nate holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. from Tulane University.
