Paul joined CD&R in 2026 and oversees the Business Technology Services team responsible for managing all enterprise applications and business technology to drive digital transformation across the firm. Previously, Paul served as Head of Applications Development at Strategic Value Partners, with responsibility for firmwide business technology and data platforms, as well as supporting the firm’s AI initiatives. His earlier roles included Director of Applications at General Atlantic and Lead Developer at Tradeweb. Paul holds a B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation from Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science and attended an M.S. program in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Louisville.
