Roxana joined CD&R in 2022. Previously, she worked at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz as a Legal E.A. in Corporate M&A and Restructuring & Finance. Prior to this, she was a Legal E.A. at Cooper & Dunham LLP, Patent Prosecution division. Roxana holds a B.A. in Criminology from The City University of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
