Terrianne joined CD&R in 2014 and serves as the Firm's general counsel and chief compliance officer. She oversees CD&R’s global compliance program and legal support across the Firm. Prior to joining CD&R, she practiced law for ten years at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Terrianne has a J.D. from Rutgers University and a B.A. from Boston College.
