Tyler joined CD&R in 2020 and currently serves as Principal on the Tech Value Creation team in a newly created role focused on driving value creation through technology and AI across the firm. Tyler spent his first six years with CD&R evaluating investment opportunities in the Technology sector. He plays a key role in in the Firm’s investment in Epicor. Prior to joining CD&R, he served at FFL Partners, a private equity firm, and at Bain & Company. Tyler has an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a M.B., B.S.E., and B.S. in Economics and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
