Yu joined CD&R in 2024 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities in the technology sector. Prior to joining CD&R, she was a Senior Vice President at Providence Equity Partners and held positions at Lazard Frères & Co. and Bain & Co. Yu has a M.Sc. in Finance from HEC Paris, a Double Degree in International Trade and Finance from Fudan University, and a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University. Yu speaks Chinese Mandarin, English, and French.
