Clay joined CD&R as an Operating Partner in 2023 and has served as Executive Chair of Mosaic Health, a national care delivery platform focused on expanding access to comprehensive primary care for consumers with coverage across Commercial, Individual Exchange, Medicare, and Medicaid health plans. Clay is also the co-founder and former CEO of naviHealth, a leader in leveraging technology to improve post-acute care in partnership with health plans, hospital systems, risk-bearing physician groups, and other healthcare providers. Under Clay's leadership, naviHealth expanded significantly and was ultimately acquired by UnitedHealth Group in 2020. Prior to naviHealth, Clay worked at Healthways, Inc., where he was General Counsel and Senior Vice President. Clay serves on the board of directors of Herself Health. He holds a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Washington and Lee University.
